1. Hotel Bookings
- More than 48 hours before check-in: Full refund.
- 24–48 hours before check-in: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund.
Some heritage and premium properties may have stricter terms, which are shown at booking.
2. Wedding Venues
- 90+ days before the event: 80% refund of deposit.
- 30–90 days: 50% refund of deposit.
- Less than 30 days: Non-refundable.
3. Activities & Experiences
- 24+ hours before the activity: Full refund.
- Less than 24 hours: No refund.
- Weather-dependent activities cancelled by the operator are fully refundable or reschedulable.
4. Shop Orders
Unshipped orders may be cancelled for a full refund. Shipped orders may be returned within 7 days of delivery for items in original condition. Custom and personalised items are non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add a further 3–5 days.
6. Force Majeure
For cancellations caused by natural disasters, civil unrest, or government restrictions, we will offer full refunds or rescheduling at no additional cost.
7. How to Cancel
Cancel from your account under My Orders, or email care@udaipurs.com with your booking reference. Personal data in cancelled bookings is retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
