Udaipurs acts as a curator and booking facilitator. We are not liable for the conduct or services of independent partners beyond reasonable due diligence.

8. Third-Party Services

Payments are processed by third-party gateways governed by their own terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
