3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel, venue, or activity partner. Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. Udaipurs acts as a curator and booking facilitator, not as the operator of partner properties.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

See our Cancellation Policy for refund windows and processing timelines. Partner-specific rules shown at checkout override the general windows where they are stricter.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, including scraping, attempting unauthorised access, posting unlawful content, or using automated tools to bypass reCAPTCHA or rate limits.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, photographs, and editorial copy belong to Udaipurs or its partners and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Liability

We are not liable for the conduct or services of independent partners beyond reasonable due diligence. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

8. Third-Party Services

Payments, maps, and reCAPTCHA are provided by third parties under their own terms. Personal data handled in those flows is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
