1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Udaipurs platform ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform, including those who browse, enquire, or make bookings through our services.

2 Platform Description

Udaipurs is a curated platform that connects travellers with hotels, wedding venues, activity providers, and local experiences in Udaipur, Rajasthan. We act as an intermediary between you and our partner establishments.

While we carefully vet and curate all listed properties and services, the actual services (accommodation, events, activities) are provided by independent third-party partners. Udaipurs facilitates the connection but is not the direct service provider.

3 User Accounts

Certain features of the Platform may require you to provide personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of information you provide. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your information.

4 Booking & Enquiries

When you submit a booking request or enquiry through our Platform:

• The submission constitutes a request, not a confirmed reservation, until confirmed by the partner establishment
• Availability, pricing, and terms are subject to confirmation by the partner
• Additional terms from the partner hotel or venue may apply to your booking
• You are responsible for providing accurate information including dates, guest counts, and special requirements

5 Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the Platform are indicative and subject to confirmation. Final pricing will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Prices may vary based on season, availability, room type, and special requirements.

Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment providers. Udaipurs does not store your complete payment card information. Payment terms, including deposit requirements and balance due dates, will be specified in your booking confirmation.

6 User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, photographs, illustrations, design elements, logos, and software — is the property of Udaipurs or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Udaipurs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform or services booked through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. We are not liable for any loss resulting from technical issues, server downtime, or data transmission errors.

9 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Udaipurs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

10 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.

11 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
